YMCA Robin Hood Group is recruiting a Housing Duty Worker to support residents in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The role involves supervising the building, delivering support, and handling incidents, administration, and security during shifts, including weekends.

You will engage with young people aged 16-24, provide guidance, and work as part of a dedicated housing team. DBS checks are required, and full training is provided to equip you for social and housing support duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to residents.
• Provide keys/replacements as needed.
• Collect rent payments and answer related queries.
• Respond to fire alarms and incidents; liaise with police and agencies.
