Job summary

Ninja Warrior Southampton is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our busy venue. This part-time, weekend-based role involves leading shifts, delivering top-tier customer service and supporting every aspect of the venue’s operations.

You’ll motivate staff, maintain health and safety standards, and contribute to a fun, safe experience for guests. Training through the BGL Academy and clear progression opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members during shifts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support the smooth running of activities, reception, food & beverage and other areas of the venue.
• Help allocate tasks and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
• Coach and support Team Members to develop their skills.
• Recognise great performance and provide constructive feedback where needed.
• Support health & safety checks and ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain high standards of venue cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues where possible.
• Drive sales through upselling activities across food & beverage and retail.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and report issues to management.
• Step up and take ownership when required.
