Job summary

Ninja Warrior Liverpool is seeking enthusiastic Ninja Guest Hosts to greet visitors and manage check-ins with energy and a friendly vibe. You’ll guide guests through the arena, help families feel welcome, and promote upcoming events and add-ons to enhance their time with us.

Working alongside the Ninja Fuel Crew, Course Team and Party Squad, you’ll ensure clear communication and deliver the most legendary customer experience on the planet for every guest.

Ninja Guest Hosts set the tone for the entire warrior journey, helping kids feel pumped and excited while giving parents confidence, reassurance, and a sense of safety from the very start.

Being friendly, organised, and professional is essential. High energy and a positive mindset keep you strong through both the busiest and the quieter moments. As the first point of contact, you have the power to create unforgettable moments — from smooth check-ins, to guiding guests around the arena, to building excitement and anticipation for the challenges ahead.

You’ll also promote upcoming Ninja events, special activities, and add-ons to ensure every guest gets the most out of their time with us. Working closely with the Ninja Fuel Crew, the Course Team, and the Party Squad, you’ll help ensure clear communication and deliver the most legendary customer experience on the planet.
