Job summary

Active Care Group in Denbigh is seeking a Weekend Support Worker to provide companionship and practical assistance to an individual with complex needs. Shifts are 11am–2pm, 1 day per week on either Saturday or Sunday, on a zero-hours contract with ongoing and regular rotas.

You will accompany the client to activities, support daily routines, encourage hobbies, and help with daily tasks. Training is provided, with holiday pay and access to our Learning Hub and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Friendly, reliable and proactive approach.
• Willingness to complete specialist training.
• Part-time weekend availability.
