Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a part-time Support Worker in Denbigh to provide companionship and practical support to an individual with complex needs. The role involves accompanying the client to activities, guiding daily routines, encouraging hobbies, and assisting with daily tasks, on a consistent weekly schedule.

Shifts are up to 1 day per week, with a flexible zero-hours contract. Training and ongoing guidance from a Care Manager are provided, plus pension and development opportunities

Location: DenbighHours: Part-time, 11am - 2pm, 1 day a week on either a Saturday or Sunday.In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
