Active Care Group is seeking a friendly, reliable Support Worker in Rhyl to provide companionship and practical in-home support for an individual with complex needs. The role involves helping with daily routines, meal planning, and outings within a flexible, zero-hours arrangement.

The position offers part-time shifts (Thursday and Tuesday), with opportunities for training and progression through the Active Learning Hub and the Nest Pension scheme.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Support with household organisation and domestic cleaning.
• Help with ordering and collecting medication.
• Accompany to appointments, activities, and outings.

• Encourage hobbies and interests—especially DIY and practical projects.
