About this role

Weekend visits are some of the most appreciated of the week: a familiar face on a quieter day. You'll cover a regular Saturday and Sunday round in a small geographic area, supporting the same clients consistently so they always know who's coming.

What you'll do

Deliver scheduled morning, lunch and evening visits

Support personal care, meals and companionship

Prompt medication on schedule

Keep families updated where requested

Communicate any concerns to the on-call clinical lead

What we're looking for

Reliable transport and a UK driving licence

Eligibility to work in the UK
