Active Care Group is seeking a part-time support worker in Rhyl, North Wales. You will provide companionship and assist one individual with complex needs, on a flexible four-hour shift each Tuesday and Thursday under a zero-hours contract.

The role focuses on routine, practical tasks, and hands-on projects, with training, holiday pay, and development opportunities offered by the care team.

Qualifications

• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Support with household organisation and domestic cleaning.
• Help with ordering and collecting medication.
• Accompany to appointments, activities, and outings.
• Provide guidance with daily routines and planning.
