SEAT / CUPRA Swansea is seeking a Showroom Host for the Swansea showroom. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for customers as they arrive and move through the showroom.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to the right teams, handling phone inquiries, and supporting events and promotions. The role requires a friendly, proactive demeanor and strong communication skills; previous customer-facing experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support dealership events, promotions, and customer activities.
• Assist with general administration and reception duties as required.
• Help maintain a positive and professional showroom environment.
