Job summary

Porsche Centre East London is seeking a Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant to welcome visitors and ensure an outstanding customer journey. You will be a brand ambassador, guiding customers through the showroom and answering questions about vehicles and promotions.

In addition to hospitality duties, you will assist the sales and aftersales teams, handle incoming calls, maintain a pristine showroom, and support events. A friendly demeanor and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, retail, reception or similar customer facing role.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and customers promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through the showroom, answering questions about vehicles, features and promotions.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Manage incoming calls, forwarding them to the right department.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Offer refreshments and ensure waiting areas are well stocked and clean.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the showroom experience.
• Support administrative tasks as required.
