Qualifications

Background in hospitality, retail, reception or similar customer facing role.
Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Full Driving Licence.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and customers promptly and professionally.
Guide customers through the showroom, answering questions about vehicles, features, and promotions.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
Manage incoming calls, forwarding them onto the right department.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Offer refreshments and maintain stocked waiting areas.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the showroom experience and report concerns.
Support administrative tasks as required.
