Job summary

Sytner High Wycombe is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Host to join our Welcome team. You will greet customers, direct them to the right department, and offer refreshments, while also handling incoming calls and routing them efficiently.

The role involves flexible full- and part-time patterns, including weekends, to ensure outstanding customer service across the showroom. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and excellent communication are essential for delivering Bespoke experiences.

Qualifications

• You will be the first impression on the phone for our clients and guests, so a warm and cheerful voice with an ability to efficiently transfer the call is essential.
• You will also help proactively manage the experience of whoever visits our showroom so that each customer and guest feel that they have had uniquely personal and bespoke service.
• Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required coupled with a genuine passion for detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and direct them to the correct department, offering refreshments.
• Manage incoming calls and connect the diallers to the right department promptly.
• Work a variety of full and part-time patterns, including weekends, to maintain service levels.
