Job summary

SEAT / CUPRA Swansea is seeking a Showroom Host for the Swansea showroom. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for customers as they arrive and move through the showroom.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to the right teams, handling phone inquiries, and supporting events and promotions. The role requires a friendly, proactive demeanor and strong communication skills; previous customer-facing experience is welcome.

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 12.5 hours per week

• Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm
• Additional weekday hours may be available to cover holidays and absences

Pay: £12.80 per hour

The Opportunity

At SEAT / CUPRA Swansea, our Showroom Hosts are at the heart of the customer experience. As the first person customers meet when they visit our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.

This is much more than a reception role. You'll help customers feel valued from the moment they walk through the door, ensuring they are directed to the right team member and receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
