Sofa Club is launching new Edinburgh and Cardiff showrooms, and we’re seeking a Sofa Host to bring the brand to life on the floor. You will guide customers with confidence, curate stylish experiences, and build real connections that feel effortless and memorable.

You’ll live our bold, design-led values while helping customers express their style, managing the journey from first hello to order completion in a fast-paced showroom setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail
• Ability to create engaging showroom experiences
• Comfort with using technology and systems
• Willingness to work weekends and peak periods

Responsibilities

• In-Store Experience: warmly welcome customers and guide conversations to showcase style.
• Sales & Commercial Performance: contribute to sales targets and suggest complementary products.
• Showroom Standards: maintain displays to premium, design-led standards.
• Collaborate with team to raise the bar and Change the Game together.
