Job summary

The Yorkshire Trading Company is seeking a weekend team member for our York store. The role involves restocking, merchandising and customer service, with cash handling responsibilities. This position is 14 hours on weekends only and may suit college students.

The aim is to provide high-quality customer service and support growth through sales. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining store standards, processing sales on the EPOS till (training provided) and assisting with

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
• Experience restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
• Familiar with EPOS till systems and sales procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Maintain a fully stocked store

Yorkshire Trading Company are a family owned and run business with 42 stores throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East; a busy E:Commerce operation and outdoor events teams who trade nationwide.

We have an opening for a weekend team member in our York store.

The role will include but is not exhaustive, restocking, merchandising and customer service, cash handling.

The position offered is: 14 hours Weekends Only (may suit college students)

Our goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation
