Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep store fully stocked and prepared for customers.
• Identify and respond to customers' needs and questions.
• Welcome and greet customers and provide product information.
• Process sales through the EPOS till system with training provided.
• Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Stay up-to-date with product information and features.
• Describe product benefits accurately to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Yorkshire Trading Company are a family owned and run business with 42 stores throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East; a busy E:Commerce operation and outdoor events teams who trade nationwide.

We have an opening for 2 weekend team members in our Northallerton store.

The role will include but is not exhaustive, restocking, merchandising and customer service, cash handling.

The position offered: 14 hours Weekends Only (may suit college students)

Our goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Welcome and greet customers
• Process sales through our Epos till system - Training given
• Actively involved in receiving deliveries
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures
