Job summary

Yorkshire Trading Company Ltd is hiring a weekend team member for our York store. The role involves restocking, merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle cash, assist customers, and process sales on our EPOS till system (training provided).

14 hours on weekends only, with potential for college students. We offer a 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata and a 12.5% discount at YTC stores after a 6-week induction.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and securely.
• Experience with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Restock and maintain stock levels on the shop floor.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist customers with product information and queries.
• Process sales through EPOS till system (training provided).
• Assist with deliveries and stock checks as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
