Responsibilities

• Maintain a highly visible security presence in-store.
• Deter theft, fraud, stock loss and anti-social behaviour.
• Conduct regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Complete accurate incident reports promptly.
• Support management with loss prevention initiatives.
• Deliver customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Monitor activity and report concerns per procedures.
