Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to thrive in a fashion retail environment. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive multi-channel sales using the mPOS system, and assist with stock, events, and promotions.

You’ll work closely with the Shop Manager and Retail team to maintain visual standards and brand consistency. You should be passionate about fashion retail, ready to go the extra mile for customers, and capable of collaborating with internal teams and store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the customer journey.
• Promote multichannel shopping using mPOS; assist with endless aisle orders.
• Engage customers by signing up to newsletters, tagging purchases, and sending e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
• Inform customers about promotions/discounts to increase sales.
• Assist in events such as Customer Events and preview evenings.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store and support floor moves, replenishment, and displays.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock, and support stocktakes and stock management.
• Familiarize customers with product features to aid buying decisions.
• Support in ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes.
• Support charity and ethical sourcing messaging to customers.
