Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host for a part-time 8-hour contract with weekend availability. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and present products in a stylish environment.

You will report to the Shop Manager, maintain visual standards, assist with stock and promotions, and participate in team briefs while upholding health and safety guidelines and our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the ACE pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promoting multichannel shopping using the mobile point of sale system (mPOS).
• Engaging customers with our brand by signing customers up to email newsletters and sending e-receipts.
