Job summary

White Stuff is looking for a Customer Host on a 4-hour contract, with weekend availability possibly required. You will support customers, maintain store presentation, handle stock processes and assist with multichannel shopping using the mPOS system.

You will report to the Shop Manager and join the Retail team, helping to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and uphold brand standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to engage with shoppers.
• Experience in retail or fashion environments is desirable.
• Willingness to work weekends and cover shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience by following the ACE pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable.
• Maintain high visual standards in store and support with displays and replenishment.
• Process deliveries, assist with stock takes and ensure products are available on the floor.
• Engage with customers across channels using mPOS and sign customers up to newsletters.
