The Salad Project Canary Wharf is seeking a Prep Chef for Saturdays and Sundays, 8am–12pm, to support the kitchen teams with fresh produce prep and general cleanliness.

You will wash produce, keep cookware and serving equipment clean, and complete short deep-cleaning tasks to ensure a ready-to-service kitchen. The role emphasizes reliability and steady, efficient work from 8am to noon.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a kitchen or cleaning role.
• Familiarity with hygiene best practices.
