Job summary

OKA Direct LTD is seeking a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (14.5 hours per week) to support our Retail Team at OKA Broadway. You will help customers in a luxury setting, provide product knowledge and inspiring interior advice.

You will work weekends (Saturday 09:15–17:45, Sunday 10:15–17:15) and may assist other stores. A passion for beautiful interiors and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, preferably furniture/homeware.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Soft selling and link-selling abilities to promote complementary products.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel to other stores occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Advise on products in person and by phone.
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions and related paperwork.
• Identify sales opportunities.
• Promote IDS design services.
• Be a proactive member of the sales floor team, greet customers and manage returns.
