Job summary

OKA in Knutsford, Cheshire, is recruiting a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (32 hours) to support our Retail Team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, product knowledge and a passion for beautiful interiors.

You will report to the Store Manager, work on the shop floor, handle EPOS transactions and help drive revenue while maintaining presentation standards and contributing to a friendly, entrepreneurial store culture.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail experience, ideally in furniture or homeware.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven soft selling and cross-selling abilities.
• Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Flexible weekends and travel for meetings/training.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
• Interest in beautiful interiors and OKA brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Advise on products in person and via phone.
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions and related paperwork.
• Identify sales opportunities.
• Promote OKA In-Store Design Advisors and IDS.
• Be a proactive team member on the sales floor.
