Job summary

OKA Broadway-based Interior Sales Advisor role is a part-time weekend position (14.5 hours) supporting our Retail Team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge and demonstrate enthusiasm for beautiful interiors in a luxury setting.

As part of the OKA brand, you will upsell, process EPOS transactions, and help drive store revenue while maintaining presentation standards and collaborating with the team across weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail or premium homeware environments.
Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
Proven ability to upsell and guide purchases with care.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers on the sales floor.
Advise customers on products in person and via phone, enhancing the in-store experience.
Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
Execute EPOS transactions accurately and complete paperwork.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote design services.
Support store presentation, returns, and care instructions for purchases.
