Cambridgeshire County Council’s St Neots Library is recruiting a friendly, customer-focused individual for a Saturday post based in St Neots Library, 6 hours per week from 9:30am to 4:00pm with a half-hour lunch. The role involves handling enquiries, helping customers access online services, and promoting the Library offer in the community.

You will also support and deliver Library events, including rhyme time and story time, and work as part of a welcoming team, with training provided on

Qualificações

• Demonstrated customer service skills in any context.
• Ability to work with IT and library systems.
• Willingness to train on specific library systems.
