Job summary

Countesthorpe Academy in Kibworth Beauchamp, United Kingdom, seeks a weekend Lettings & Premises Officer to provide a secure, clean and welcoming environment for community groups, sports clubs and private hirers.

You will be the on-site front of house, responsible for access control, safety compliance, bookings, and coordinating with teams to ensure facilities are prepared for Saturday and Sunday use, with overtime opportunities and potential job share.

Responsibilities

• Opening & Closing: unlock and alarm specific zones for bookings.
• Punctuality: site ready 15 minutes before bookings.
• Vigilance: monitor to prevent unauthorised access or vandalism.
• Key Holding: manage security systems during out-of-hours.
• Risk Management: ensure hirers follow safety policies and capacity limits.
• Emergency Response: act as Fire Warden and First Aid contact during shifts.
• Inspections: pre- and post-hire checks for damage or maintenance.
• Procedures: follow evacuation and lockdown procedures.
