Job summary

Eteach International is seeking a Lettings & Premises Officer to support weekend bookings at the LiFE Multi-Academy Trust site. You will be the on-site contact for security, health and safety, and customer service, ensuring spaces are ready for community use and school sessions on Monday.

The role is permanent, with Saturday and Sunday shifts, and requires commitment to safe, welcoming facilities for hirers and students alike.

Qualifications

• Customer focused and able to work on own initiative.
• DBS check required for employment.
• Weekend shift experience or flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open & close site; manage access for bookings and ensure building security.
• Ensure health and safety policies and fire safety compliance during shifts.
• Welcome hirers, assist with equipment setup and liaison with Lettings team.
• Coordinate with premises and letting teams to manage daily bookings and turnover.
