Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. in Bury is seeking a Weekend Concierge to provide a point of contact for housing related support. The role includes out-of-hours incident and emergency management and maintaining a site presence to ensure safety and security for tenants and service users.

You will support safeguarding out of hours, escalate concerns to relevant agencies, and record information accurately. A strong focus on health and safety in the building is essential to the post.

Responsibilities

• To provide a point of contact for housing related support, including incident and emergency management covering unsociable hours and a site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS).
• To be responsible for safeguarding service users out of hours through awareness of escalation of concern process, reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information on systems and in staff communication books.
• To maintain health and safety of the service property during out of hours, by reporting any concerns around building safety and repairs in accordance with policy and procedure.
