Adullam Homes Housing Association is seeking a Concierge for weekend cover (26 hours per week) to provide housing-related support and maintain a safe, welcoming site outside core hours. The role involves handling incidents, safeguarding, and ensuring building safety for residents in supported accommodation.

You will be the visible presence out of hours, carrying out health and safety duties and escalating concerns per policy, with DBS checks and UK work rights required.

This Concierge post sits within Adullam Homes Housing Association and covers its supported accommodation services. The role is a point of contact for housing-related support and a site presence outside core hours, handling incidents and emergencies while keeping the building and its residents safe.
