Adullam Homes Housing Association is seeking a weekend Concierge to provide out-of-hours site presence in its supported accommodation. The role serves as the contact point for housing-related support and emergencies outside core service hours, helping to keep residents safe and secure.

The post is 24 hours a week, with safeguarding escalations logged and acted upon. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the contact point for housing-related support, including incident and emergency management outside core hours
• Maintain a site presence out of hours in supported accommodation
• Ensure the safety and security of the building and of tenants, residents and service users
• Safeguard service users out of hours by following the escalation of concern process
• Report concerns to the relevant agencies
• Record information on systems and in staff communication books
• Maintain health and safety out of hours by reporting building safety concerns and repairs under policy
• Contribute to the development of the Association's values, culture and ethos
