The successful candidate will ensure building safety, provide a point of contact for tenants, and contribute to safeguarding residents while upholding the association’s values. DBS checks are part of the recruitment process.

• Maintain health and safety of the service property during out of hours and report safety concerns.
• Safeguard service users out of hours by escalating concerns and recording information in systems.
