Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Housing Concierge to ensure safety and pleasant environments for residents. The role includes monitoring CCTV, greeting visitors, handling repairs or cleaning tasks, and acting as the first line of support during weekend shifts.

The position is part-time (17 hours per week) with weekend hours, and requires an Enhanced DBS check paid by the employer. Competitive benefits include a health cash plan and pension support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable customers or in care settings.
• Ability to monitor CCTV and respond to incidents.
• Enhanced DBS check is required and paid for by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
• The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren't around to help!
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.
