Job summary

Home Group Limited is looking for a part-time weekend role in Guildford. You will help keep our customers safe, monitor CCTV, assist with repairs and cleaning, and provide the first line of support when others aren’t around. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00am to 4:00pm, 17 hours per week.

You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and work with colleagues to manage incidents and anti-social behaviour. An Enhanced DBS check is required and paid for by us.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required (paid by employer).

Responsibilities

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning
• The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren't around to help
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour
