• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver warm, friendly and professional service to guests at all times.
• Support the day-to-day operation across guest-facing departments as required.
• Create positive guest experiences and respond to enquiries confidently and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
