Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of Exclusive Collection, seeks a Spa Duty Manager to oversee daily spa operations, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

The role requires supervisory experience in a spa or similar setting, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety, training, and delivering luxury service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a Spa or similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Industry relevant qualifications (Degree, HND or Advanced GNVQ).
• Experience in training, systems, processes and team support.
• Confident in managing operations, guest experience and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Spa is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and housekeeping at all times.
• Deliver a seamless guest journey throughout the Spa, resolving any issues professionally.
• Be a visible and approachable presence, acting as the face of the Spa for guests.
• Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures and SOPs.
• Drive revenue through upselling of retail products and Spa treatments.
• Oversee Spa team members, ensuring training, performance and standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational procedures and systems.
