Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a luxury hotel renowned for its warmth and precision in service. We are seeking a Spa Guest Services Assistant to greet guests and support the smooth operation of our award‑winning Spa.

You'll handle arrivals, bookings and enquiries with a friendly, professional approach, collaborating with spa therapists and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality or spa environment.
• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using booking and reservation systems.
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests and provide a warm, professional arrival experience.
• Manage spa guest arrivals, departures and bookings efficiently.
• Respond to guest enquiries in person, by telephone and via email.
• Provide information about spa facilities, treatments and hotel services.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa Reception area.
• Work closely with Spa Therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Spa Guest Services Assistant

Delivering warm, attentive hospitality while supporting the smooth running of our award-winning Spa. Key Responsibilities
