Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a luxury hotel known for its elegance and world-class service. The Latymer Restaurant requires an Assistant Restaurant Manager to deliver warm, attentive hospitality and support seamless service in our Michelin-star, 5 AA Rosette dining venue.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and overall guest experience.
• Lead the team during service, ensuring smooth flow and consistent standards.
• Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members.
• Oversee table plans, reservations and service readiness.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the restaurant.
• Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
• Coordinate communication between restaurant, kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen processes and health & safety standards.
