Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering or facilities role.
• Good practical skills with knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel and estate.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues.
• Assist with the upkeep of building services, plant equipment and guest areas.
• Complete maintenance records and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to minimise disruption to guests and operations.
