Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Part-time Helpdesk Coordinator for the Bellshill-based Business Support Centre. The role is 17 hours/week across Friday and Saturday, 8am–5pm, with a salary range of £12,464.40–£13,083.20 plus a benefits package.

The office operates 24/7 support for clients, and the team focuses on efficient ticketing, SLA compliance and customer service. You will contribute to a growing helpdesk, support multiple contracts, and help maintain performance metrics while working

Qualifications

• Experience in busy helpdesk environments is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and handle rapid ticket escalation.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for a growing multi-contract, fast-paced Helpdesk.
• Live call logging on internal CAFM systems.
• Assigning and dispatching to resources via multiple channels.
• Work to service level agreements to prevent penalties.
• Issue reports to internal and external clients using in-house systems.
• Pro-actively monitor and chase work orders to completion within SLA.
• Provide first-line support for GeniePoint EV charging customers.
• Process requests via various channels.
• Carry out administration tasks as required by the business.
