Job summary

Equans is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator for the Business Support Centre in Bellshill. This part-time role (17 hours weekly) runs Fri and Sat, 8am–5pm, at Phoenix House. Salary banding is £12,464.40–£13,083.20, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The 24/7 operations mindset and career development opportunities underpin this growing Helpdesk team. Based in Bellshill, you will support multi-contracts, log calls, manage SLAs, and generate client reports.

Qualifications

• Experience working to strict SLAs & KPIs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for a growing multi contract Helpdesk.
• Live call logging on internal CAFM systems.
• Assigning and dispatching to resources via multiple channels.
• Work to Service Level Agreements to prevent penalties.
• Produce reports for internal and external clients using the in-house system.
• Monitor and chase work orders to completion within SLA.
• Provide first line support for GeniePoint electric vehicle charging customers.
• Process requests via various channels.
• Perform administration tasks as required.
