Equans is seeking a part-time Helpdesk Coordinator to join the Business Support Centre in Bellshill. The role is 17 hours per week across Fri & Sat, 8am–5pm, with a salary band of £12,464.40–£13,083.20 depending on skills and experience. Benefits include annual leave, life cover, and employee discounts.

You will handle calls, log live tickets, dispatch resources, and monitor orders to meet SLAs while providing first-line support for GeniePoint EV charging customers.

• Experience delivering to strict SLAs and KPIs.

Mansioni

• Answer calls for a growing multi-contractor Helpdesk.
• Live call logging on internal CAFM systems.
• Assign and dispatch to resources via multiple channels.
• Work to SLAs to prevent penalties to the business.
• Issue reports to internal and external clients.
• Pro-actively monitor and chase work orders to completion within the SLA.
• First line support for GeniePoint EV charging customers.
• Process requests via various channels.
• Carry out administrative tasks as required.
