Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Weekend Receptionist at BMW Borehamwood to warmly welcome customers and handle calls, messages and showroom duties. You will support admin tasks, manage enquiries and help maintain a clean, welcoming space on site.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organisation and the ability to multitask in a busy showroom environment. Flexible working is welcome within our growing automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and delivering a positive experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Italitative IT skills with MS Office and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages promptly.
• Perform general administrative duties, manage emails and enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Support additional tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
