Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Receptionist for the JLR Guildford site to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will greet guests, manage calls and emails, and support the showroom operations with warmth and professionalism.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organisation, and the ability to create a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks across the site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• IT literate and quick to learn new systems (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
