Job summary

GLF Schools' Aureus School in Didcot, Oxfordshire invites applicants for a part-time Premises Assistant to manage weekend lettings, carry out minor repairs, and monitor site health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or facility management is a plus.
• Awareness of health and safety best practices.
• Ability to carry out basic maintenance tasks and DIY repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekend lettings for school facilities and grounds.
• Unlock relevant facilities and buildings for third-party use.
• Ensure high standards of customer care at all times.
• Identify and report defects or hazards promptly.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed.
