Job summary

Hounsdown School is seeking a Casual Site Assistant / Community Lettings Assistant to join the friendly site team to provide support during busy periods. Duties include site security, maintenance, moving equipment and redecoration, and grounds maintenance, plus assisting with lettings of the school's facilities to external hirers.

The role requires physical ability to lift heavy objects, initiative, and practical skills in routine maintenance and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift heavy objects.
• Experience with routine maintenance activities and cleaning procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Site security and safety.
• General maintenance and decoration around the school site and grounds.
• Moving equipment as required.
• Support lettings of the school's facilities to external hirers.
• Ensure facilities are safe and clean for hire.
