Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes per recipes and standards.
• Station Management – oversee production at your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality and presentation of dishes.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with team members and assist where needed.
• Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to test and develop recipes.
