Abbots Care in Hertfordshire is seeking a Care Coordinator to lead rostering and daily management of community-based care staff, primarily at weekends and evenings. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to maintain outstanding service quality and report to senior management as needed.

Ideal candidates are experienced coordinators with strong communication, resilience and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and rota management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Rostering and daily management of care staff based in the community.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure outstanding care.
• Complete quality calls with care staff and service users.
• Provide reports to senior management as required.
• Support teams through rostered-on call system.
• Manage referrals from commissioners and local authority.
• Ensure full capacity is utilized.
