CCH Group in the UK is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our Abacare team in CF45. You will organise and deliver high-quality community care, manage rotas, and support care workers in the field.

The role requires a driver’s license and willingness to travel, with Monday to Friday hours and on-call duties on a rota. NVQ Level 3 is desirable, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 is desirable.
• Experience in healthcare and knowledge of CQC.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
