Job summary

Saint Catherine's Care in Abingdon is seeking a proactive, skilled full-time Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and confident in managing a range of tasks involved in delivering exceptional community care, with a valid UK driver’s licence and access to personal transport.

You will advise and direct care staff, meet new clients, assess care needs, liaise with healthcare professionals, conduct reviews, arrange rotas and training, maintain CQC standards,

Qualifications

• Advise and direct care staff in their role to ensure safety and efficiency
• Meet and arrange care for new clients, making assessments of care needs and liaising with healthcare professionals
• Conduct reviews of clients and do staff supervisions
• Take phone calls, arrange staff rotas and training sessions
• Maintain industry and CQC standards of care provision
• Provide hands-on care in the community during emergency situations where immediate care is needed
• Help develop our services throughout Oxfordshire through networking and service promotion
• Hold out-of-hours phone on a three week rotational basis.
